ESS Campus, Lund

Skanska has commissioned floorplans for a restaturant kitchen that will be dimensioned for 300 servings. The restaurant is located at entry level and the guests will be able to look into the open kitchen. The building is next to the research facility ESS (European Spallation Source).

Market leaders in commercial kitchens and restaurant kitchens

We have designed large-scale commercial kitchens for many years and know what it takes to get good results. During these years, we have gained extensive expertise in designing all types of kitchens. We are meticulous about our work and will support our clients throughout the entire process to ensure that everyone is satisfied.

We have developed very well-tested methods for quality control using checklists and reviews. After a project is finished, we will usually do a final inspection of our completed kitchen on behalf of our customer.

We are always ahead in the business when it comes to promoting environmental sustainability in kitchen equipment, without foregoing ergonomical and financial demands. This is possible because of our close collaboration with large-scale commercial kitchen suppliers and the influence we have on their product development.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you want a consultation on a commercial kitchen or restaurant kitchen. At our first meeting, we will go over your thoughts and ideas. With this as a starting point, we will then develop a first draft.
