On behalf of Stadsfastigheter, we have designed a new preparation kitchen for 450 portions. Sketch proposals and floor plans have been developed in collaboration with MSR. Documents are now ready for delivery and procurement.

Together with Temagruppen AB we have developed a floor plan for the restaurant kitchen. A nice feature of the design is the openings from the kitchen that create contact with the guests in the restaurant. The menu will consist of local and international dishes.
