Högaholmskolan has been completed. It is a preparation kitchen and is dimensioned for 630 portions. The students will have a good insight into the kitchen and a feature is that the stations in the serving will be height-adjustable with a nice design.

An information document has now been produced for Filbornaskolan. Renovation will be done in the existing kitchen, the floor plan has been developed in close collaboration with the deparment of service and the client. The existing and cozy dining room will remain.
Another kitchen project with Midroc, this time it is a preparation kitchen at a retirement home. A functional program has been made by a group at the municipality, in which future operations are described. Using this as a basis, alternative sketches have been produced.
In the nation house there will be a new restaurant kitchen on the entrance floor. The floor plan has been developed in collaboration with and on behalf of Fojab. The hot kitchen is located behind a low partition wall next to the bar, so guests will have the opportunity to see when the food is being prepared.
The Property Management in Malmö has ordered the design of a Bistro kitchen on the Hipp foajé, located on the entrance level. In the basement there will be a kitchen, storage, dishwashing room, dressing room and WC/D. Later we will design an angular bar.
Another kitchen project with LKF AB, this time they have ordered a design of a bistro kitchen. The kitchen will offer an exciting and rich menu. From the restaurant you have a good insight into the kitchen, which is inspiring for both kitchen staff and guests.
We have received orders from Hemsö AB for the design of a preparation kitchen for two preschools which will be located in Trelleborg and Staffanstorp. Kunskapsskolan must run these kitchens with clear guidelines. Floor plans must be optimal and surface efficient.
Svedab has commissioned the design of a commercial kitchen with a capacity of about 650 portions and two dining rooms. Serving for schoolchildren will take place from units in the kitchen opening. However, there will be a height-adjustable serving line for preschool children.
The project department at JM Region South has commissioned us to design a restaurant kitchen in Lomma. Our work is facilitated by the fact that at this early stage we have a restaurateur to discuss with. The restaurant kitchen is dimensioned for 50 seated guests.
We have received an order to develop a layout for Magleskolan. The commercial kitchen will be run by Fontänhuset. Our work includes to create several workstations so that several people can work simultaneously in the kitchen. Guests will have a good insight into the kitchen.
