LU Building at Lund University has placed an order for the design of a new café kitchen and restaurant kitchen, located at BMC in Lund (Biomedical Center). We created openness between guests and the restaurant kitchen to everyone’s satisfaction.

The central kitchen is designed for 1300 portions with delivery to several units in the surrounding area. We have developed a layout that is work-friendly and functional in close collaboration with the kitchen staff and catering manager.

The property management has commissioned a design for a restaurant kitchen that will be open for large parts of the day and be able to accommodate several busloads of tourists. The layout is being developed in collaboration with Karin Pettersson Arkitektbyrå AB.
