Commissioned by the property management in Helsingborg, we are designing a new Café kitchen at the Helsingborg Ice-skating Rink. We are doing this together with the architects at Sydark Konstruera AB. The café kitchen will have an exciting and affordable menu.

In collaboration with Prolog Bygglogistik and on behalf of property owner Briggen, we are designing a preparation kitchen that will be sized for 900 portions. The English School has clear guidelines for work environment and ergonomics when developing kitchen layouts.

In Skanska AB’s new office building in Hyllie, we are planning a restaurant kitchen, located on the entrance floor. There will be a nice buffet in the restaurant and an openness from the kitchen to the guests via the serving hatch that will serve the dish of the week.

The property panagement in Lund has ordered the design of preparation kitchens at the preschools Djinghis Kahn and Forsbergs Minne. Our work is done in close collaboration with the architects and responsible kitchen staff at both preschools.
