The property management have ordered design for two restaurant kitchens located at Friisgatan. Le Gourmet will get a new floor plan with a connected kitchen and restaurant. The second location will be a bistro kitchen with a grill and wine bar.

Earlier this year, we designed plans for the International English School in Staffanstorp. Now, the property management has ordered a project outline for another IES project. It is a preparation kitchen with two U-shaped serving units, dimensioned for about 850 servings.
In collaboration with the architects, we are designing a systematic plan for a restaurant kitchen at Space Science Village. It is an office hotel and the restaurant will mainly be open over lunch for 200 guests and have an affordable and exciting menu.
We have been commissioned by the property management to plan a reconstruction of the existing kitchen at Matmakarna. The future restaurant will house 50 guests and will include a shop selling meat and cheese. The work will be done in close collaboration with the restaurateur.
Now we have finished our first construction document for Campus Vipan. There will be additional kitchen projects in the future. Peab – ”society builders of the Nordics” – is our commissioner for this project, and the work will be carried out in collaboration with Lund municipality.
In collaboration with the department of service, we have produced a first draft of the preparation kitchen, which will be sized for 600 students. Orders have also come from the property management for other projects, this work will begin in the autumn.
In collaboration with Fojab and Veidekke, we have developed a layout for a preparation kitchen with a capacity of 800 portions. For the preschool, we have created an internal link for transporting food and dishes. The school canteen has clear links for serving and dish delivery.
In collaboration with White Arkitekter we have designed two floor plans. The restaurant kitchen is dimensioned for 200 lunch guests. The kitchen’s central location in the building and openness in two directions creates a social and convivial restaurant environment.
The property management has ordered two designs. Both projects will have a preparation kitchen and contact with the students through a window. We have developed optimal floor plans for the kitchens in close collaboration with the architects and the deparment of service.
We have developed an optimal layout for a restaurant kitchen at a hotel . Our client for this kitchen is the property management. The building, which dates back to the 18th century, consists of many arches, which gives the restaurant an inviting and cozy atmosphere.
