The property management has commissioned us to design a school kitchen and a kitchen for a nursing home. The capacity of the objects is 500 and 150 portions. Layouts have been developed in close collaboration with House Arkitekter and Arkitektlaget as well as the department of service.

At the request of Svedab we have developed a floor plan for a preparation kitchen, which will increase the capacity from 600 to 1000 servings. The assignment was to adjust the kitchen to the new capacity and to improve the traffic flow for the students in the new serving line.
The object is a restaurant school with a bakery, cold kitchen and hot kitchen. The school also has a preparation kitchen with a capacity of 800 portions for other students. The layout has been developed in close collaboration with the department of service and teachers from the restaurant school.
The property department has ordered two designs for a school and a preschool, we have designed sketches togheter with the catering manager. An inventory of all kitchens in the municipality will begin later this fall and will form the basis for future construction.
The property management has commissioned a design for a preparation kitchen that will be located in the stadium area. It is a sports elementary school with the kitchen located high up in the building on the fourth floor. The catering manager wants integrated serving and a strategically placed dish return.
The design of Mathildenborg’s preparation kitchen is now complete. The restaurant is a natural meeting place in the area and the kitchen will also supply to nearby units in the future. The food is prepared from scratch with a focus on being homemade and locally produced.
We are working hard on two projects in Helsingborg, the objects are preparation kitchens with functional layouts. The department of service has developed new guidelines for serving food, which means a large salad bar and mobile units for the main courses.
On behalf of the property manager, we are designing two school kitchens with New Line Arkitekter and Arkitektgruppen. Together with the department of service, we have developed optimal sketches and drawings with new ideas for the canteens’ serving lines.
The property management has commissioned the design of a new preparation kitchen at Vipan, with a capacity for 1300 portions. The restaurant will seat 400 and have three sittings. The serving area and dishwashing area are centrally located, which means simple and clear flows.
In collaboration with Fojab Arkitekter, we have developed a floor plan for a café kitchen that is sized for about 50 seated guests. It will be located near the entrance, which guarantees economical and safe operation for the contractor.
