Hilton Scandic has placed an order for the renovation of a new restaurant kitchen. A strong desire was for the layout to be work-friendly and with simple flows. The close collaboration with the restaurant manager and the architects ensured a successful result.

The assignment at LTH Study Center involves planning and producing final documentation for a kitchen designed for 450 servings per day, 250 of which are during lunchtime. The menu should consist of several different dishes with local ingredients and at humane prices.
The client for this kitchen project is the property management. Together with the architect and the restaurateurs, we have developed a very optimal floor plan with very simple flows for the new restaurant kitchen. The menu should be locally based with dishes from the region.
