We have received an order to develop a new plan for the Marinans restaurant, which is located in Ystad Marina and has a fantastic view of the sea. Restaurant owners Jeanette and John had a well planned idea how the future kitchen would look like.

Together with Horisont Arkitekter, we have developed draft proposals for a new floor plan for the renovation at a school in Vipeholm. The property management has also commissioned two other projects for future schools with preparation kitchens.
The property management has commissioned the design of two preparation kitchens. The objects are a school and a preschool with smart and optimal layouts that have been developed in close cooperation with the department of service and the preschool administration.
Commissioned by the property management and in close collaboration with the department of service, we will design a receiving kitchen at a preschool and two preparation kitchens at a retirement home and a school, respectively. Floor plans are, as usual, work-friendly and with good flows.
Together with the kitchen staff and the municipal catering manager, we are planning a commercial kitchen at Stora Dalslund with a capacity for about 4000 portions. Of these, just over 3000 portions will be distributed to a large number of units in the municipality.
In the neighborhood Sofia, which is very centrally located in Malmö, we have designed a preparation kitchen for a preschool with four departments and a nice restaurant kitchen for about 200 – 250 guests. We have done this in close collaboration with Tema Arkitekter.
In close collaboration with Arkitektlaget, we have designed a kitchen for a school in Viken. The layout includes two scullerys to simplify the outflow of students. The total number of portions is 1000, of which about 250 will be distributed to other units in the municipality.
We have received an order for the design of three different preparation kitchens from the property department. We are working on alternative sketches and drawings for a school with a capacity of 500 portions, in a few weeks there will be further work on two other school kitchens.
Together with Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter we have designed a restaurant kitchen with capacity for about 500 guests. The kitchen will also serve breakfast in buffet form and be opened evenings for dinner. The intended restaurateur for this project is Daniel Pembert.
On order from the property management in Lund we have planned a new preparation kitchen with a capacity for 1300 servings. We have designed an open service, this provides an easier flow of guests and it’s a nice feature of the dining room.
