On behalf of the technical administration, we are planning the renovation of the preparation kitchen at Grönängsskolan, the number of servings is 250. The business has clear wishes, which facilitates our work with the floor plan.

The cultural administration has commissioned a café kitchen at the City Library in Malmö. We are developing alternative sketches and floor plans in close collaboration with New Line Arkitekter. The kitchen is designed for 150 guests and will offer affordable dishes.
At the request of the property management, we are planning a preparation kitchen in the new sports hall. The number of portions is 900, of which 300 will be distributed to other units in the municipality. The catering manager wished that the new layout would have better flows.
We have received an order to design four new commercial kitchens, commissioned by the property management. We are doing this in close collaboration with Sydark Konstruera and the department of service. The object we are currently working on is Glasugnen school.
The property management has ordered a programme document for the new restaurant kitchen at the concert hall. The renovation is being designed with antiquarian guidelines developed by the regional museum in Kristianstad.
We have been commissioned to inventory all kitchens in Lund municipality. We are doing this in collaboration with the department of service and commissioned by the service administration. We start in Dalby and then continue with the remaining towns in the municipality.
On behalf of Skanska we are designing a new restaurant kitchen at Tyfonen in Malmö, which will be a new meeting place in Västra Hamnen. The restaurant is dimensioned for about 150 guests and the menu will offer both local and international dishes.
We are in the final phase of kitchen design for a sports bar at a sports hall in Trelleborg. The client for this exciting project is the property management. The layout for the restaurant kitchen has been developed in creative collaboration with the kitchen manager.
Design work is underway for the Tower Building, which is intended for the World Maritime University. At the top of the building there will be an open-plan kitchen for around 200 students. A challenge for us, given the special architecture.
The receiving kitchen at a existing school will be converted into a preparation kitchen for about 1000 portions. The new layout with simple flows has been developed in close collaboration with the department of service and the kitchen staff.
