We have developed a floor plan and layout for a preparation kitchen in Helsingborg. We have done this work together with the catering manager and the architects. The number of portions is 500 and dimensioning for the new kitchen appliances.

In close collaboration with the business and the architects, we have developed a sketch for the new restaurant kitchen at a senior living facility. They wanted more storage space and a better placement of the dish return, as well as a generally better flow.
On behalf of Story Hotel and in collaboration with Skanska, we are designing a sky bar on floor 14. We have previously designed a restaurant kitchen, café and bar on the entrance floor. Studio is intended to be the new meeting place in Västra Hamnen.
The floor plan and program document are ready for a preschool in Lund, design will begin in the very near future. The same concept and conditions also apply to another preschool. The dimensioning number of portions is 150 and 300 respectively.
In collaboration with Chroma Arkitekter and commissioned by Skanska, we have designed a preparation kitchen for a new preschool in Kirseberg. The capacity and dimensions will be for seven departments. Design work will begin later this fall.
We are designing a restaurant kitchen at GA Corps House. The floor plan has been developed in collaboration with the student union and architects. The assignment has been awarded to us by the property management under a current framework agreement.
Commissioned by Fazer Food Services, we have developed an optimal and pleasant floor plan for a café kitchen at Malmö Live. The café will have an exciting menu with reasonable prices for about 100 seated guests.
We are currently sketching three preparation kitchens in Malmö, two of which are school kitchens and the third is a preschool kitchen. We are doing this on behalf of the property management. The design and layouts are made together with the deparment of service.
