Together with Sesam Arkitektkontor and the department of service, we have sketched and developed a floor plan for the new preparation kitchen at Allögården in Kristianstad. The number of portions is about 700, most of which are for external distribution to other units.

At the request from the department of service, we will develop floor plans for the preparation kitchens at Petriskolan and Pauliskolan. We will also make suggestions for serving areas, which will be constructed as food courts with four stations.

The property management has commissioned the design of a café kitchen at Xplorion, we are also working on producing finished documents for a commercial kitchen at Kv. Hammocken. In these projects we collaborate with the department of service and two different architectural firms.

On behalf of the property management, we are working on a new preparation kitchen at a preschool, sized for about 250 servings. We have developed the floor plan in collaboration with Arén Arkitektkontor and the catering manager.
