Skanska has commissioned kitchen design for an open restaurant kitchen with a capacity for 300 servings. The kitchen is located on the entrance floor, lunch guests will have a good view of the open kitchen. The building is located next to the ESS research facility.

In collaboration with Fojab Arkitekter, we have developed a floor plan for the renovation of the restaurant kitchen, which will have a capacity for 150 guests. The restaurant, bars and verandas are located on the sixth floor, which ensures a pleasant view of the central parts of Lund.
Midroc Property has commissioned conceptual plans for a street level restaurant, there are also spaces for conferences and meetings. The construction is already under way and the building will be located next to the Malmö Convention Center.
Serneke has commissioned the design of a preparation kitchen, the number of servings is about 200. The floor plan has been developed together with Kamikaze Arkitekter. The object will be built in western Ystad and will be a combination of a school and a preschool.
We have developed sketches and kitchen layouts for a renovation of the restaurant kitchen at the castle. We have also sketched a temporary receiving kitchen in an outbuilding. Our work is done in collaboration with the castle lady and on behalf of the client.
The property management has commissioned a study into the possibility of building a preparation kitchen and dining room for 500 students with three sessions. The manager has also ordered design for three preparation kitchens, these works will begin in the autumn.
The property management has commissioned the design of two kitchens. The first project was Georgshill, which is a central kitchen with a capacity for 1600 portions, of which 1100 portions are for external distribution to different receiving kitchens and kitchens at retirement homes.
When building the student organization, the client also wants a new restaurant kitchen that can cook, set up and serve 200 guests at the same time. We have developed sketches and alternative layouts together with White Arkitekter and the organization.
At the request of the property management, we have developed a functional layout where the preparation kitchen will supply preschools and schools with food and externally distribute to a large number of units in the municipality. The preparation kitchen has a capacity of 1000 portions.
The property management has commissioned construction documents for a new restaurant kitchen, dimensioned for 100 guests. The design has been developed in collaboration with the intended restaurateur. The restaurant will have an inviting and nice outdoor seating area.
