In close collaboration with Arkitektlaget, we have designed a kitchen for a school in Viken. The layout includes two scullerys to simplify the outflow of students. The total number of portions is 1000, of which about 250 will be distributed to other units in the municipality.
We have received an order for the design of three different preparation kitchens from the property department. We are working on alternative sketches and drawings for a school with a capacity of 500 portions, in a few weeks there will be further work on two other school kitchens.
Together with Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter we have designed a restaurant kitchen with capacity for about 500 guests. The kitchen will also serve breakfast in buffet form and be opened evenings for dinner. The intended restaurateur for this project is Daniel Pembert.
On order from the property management in Lund we have planned a new preparation kitchen with a capacity for 1300 servings. We have designed an open service, this provides an easier flow of guests and it’s a nice feature of the dining room.
Together with Fojab Arkitekter, we have designed a bistro kitchen with a capacity for about 300 guests for Tetra Pak in Lund. This kitchen will complement the large restaurant that already exists in the building.
The client and owner have commissioned the design of a restaurant kitchen with a capacity for about 250-300 guests. The à la carte kitchen will be in contact with the guests, and there will also be two cozy and inviting bars.
We have received an order for design work for Sagoeken in Lund, the preparation kitchen will have a capacity of about 300 portions. The sketches and floor plan have been developed in close collaboration with Zoom Arkitekter and the department of service.
The kitchen design for Backaskolan in Ystad is almost complete, the request for proposals will be ready later this spring. It’s a preparation kitchen with a capacity of about 450 portions. Another object is to be planned later this fall.
We have designed a Brasserie at Kosta Art Hotel, Edin Dzemat will be responsible for the business. During the spring, we will also help to redesign the Café kitchen and the Outlet restaurant kitchen at Kosta. We do this drawing work together with Westergrens.
The property management has extended our framework agreement for another year, which we are happy and proud of. One project we are working on is Borgvallas nursing home. We make sketches together with architects and the catering manager.
