The restaurant kitchen is designed for about 500 portions for lunch, the restaurant will be decorated with a pleasant serving area with exciting dishes. We will make sketches and drawings together with the business Nyréns Arkitektkontor.
The goal for the kitchen and restaurant is to accommodate 150 seated guests and to be able to offer guests a rich menu. The bar and the exterior facade are both in a very exciting design with an arched form and a pleasant outdoor seating area.
The golf club is beautifully situated in a green area with fantastic courses. The layout for the restaurant kitchen has been developed in collaboration with both the architects and restaurateurs who had requests for the kitchen design. The menu will consist of classic dishes.
We have developed a concept with many optimal floor plans for scullery room in several projects in Europe. The layout shows a project from Haarlem in the Netherlands. We have done the work together with the design group and on behalf of Granuldisk.
In close collaboration with Fojab Arkitekter, we have designed and drawn the pleasant bar at Palladium. It is a cultural building between Stortorget and Gustav Adolfs Torg. It has been many different activities, now it is dance and music that matters.
The administration has ordered a kitchen design up to and including the completed request form. The object is a preparation kitchen for 320 portions with self-service and openness towards the kitchen. The separate scullery provides an easy flow from the dining room.
