Serneke has commissioned the design of a preparation kitchen, the number of servings is about 200. The floor plan has been developed together with Kamikaze Arkitekter. The object will be built in western Ystad and will be a combination of a school and a preschool.
We have developed sketches and kitchen layouts for a renovation of the restaurant kitchen at the castle. We have also sketched a temporary receiving kitchen in an outbuilding. Our work is done in collaboration with the castle lady and on behalf of the client.
The property management has commissioned a study into the possibility of building a preparation kitchen and dining room for 500 students with three sessions. The manager has also ordered design for three preparation kitchens, these works will begin in the autumn.

The property management has commissioned construction documents for a new restaurant kitchen, dimensioned for 100 guests. The design has been developed in collaboration with the intended restaurateur. The restaurant will have an inviting and nice outdoor seating area.
In collaboration with gourmet chef Tareq Taylor, Hvilan has developed a concept for restaurant educations of the highest class, starting in the autumn of 2018. Our mission is to develop innovative and appropriate floor plan for the education.
The property management has commissioned us to design a school kitchen and a kitchen for a nursing home. The capacity of the objects is 500 and 150 portions. Layouts have been developed in close collaboration with House Arkitekter and Arkitektlaget as well as the department of service.
At the request of Svedab we have developed a floor plan for a preparation kitchen, which will increase the capacity from 600 to 1000 servings. The assignment was to adjust the kitchen to the new capacity and to improve the traffic flow for the students in the new serving line.
