After our review of a document produced by another company in the kitchen industry, we immediately received an order from the property management for redesigning and updating all kitchens at the new arena in Helsingborg.
After our review and opinion on the program document, the property management has ordered new floor plans for the café kitchen and restaurant kitchen. Our work will be done in collaboration with the intended restaurateur and Wigot Konsult.
On behalf of the property management we have designed a concept for a food court and market hall at the Caroli Mall, also known as “Sleeping Beauty”. Our client has big visions for this to become the new center in Malmö.
The property management at Lund University has commissioned design for a new café and restaurant kitchen, located at BMC in Lund (Biomedical Center). We created openness between guests and the restaurant kitchen to everyone’s satisfaction.
The central kitchen is designed for 1300 portions with delivery to several units in the surrounding area. We have developed a layout that is work-friendly and functional in close collaboration with the kitchen staff and catering manager.
The property management has commissioned a design for a restaurant kitchen that will be open for large parts of the day and be able to accommodate several busloads of tourists. The floor plan is developed in collaboration with the architectural firm and the intended restaurateur.
On behalf of the property management, we have designed a new preparation kitchen for 450 portions. Sketch proposals and floor plans have been developed in collaboration with MSR. Documents are now ready for delivery and procurement.
Together with Temagruppen, we have developed a floor plan for the restaurant kitchen. A nice feature of the design is the openings from the kitchen that create contact with the guests in the restaurant. The menu will consist of international dishes.

The property management has commissioned kitchen design for a new commercial kitchen for about 200 portions at Tornhuset. In direct contact with the kitchen there will be a café that will offer cold and hot dishes at reasonable prices.
