We were commissioned by the property management to design a café kitchen that will be adapted for the staff and consist of several workstations. Just like today, it will also be an important meeting place in the future with a nice breakfast buffet and delicious coffee for the rest of the day.
Miljögården in Lund is a store that provides customers with designer furniture and interior design. We have received an order to design an open café kitchen that offers a quality menu for the guests. There will be a possibility for catering in the nearby area.
The property management has placed an order for the design of a restaurant in a nice courtyard in southern Lund. Sketch proposals and kitchen layouts have been created in close collaboration with the architects from Sydark and the intended tenant.
The property department in Klippan has commisioned a commercial kitchen at Antilopenskolan that will be sized for 300 servings. Sketch proposals and floor plans have been developed together with the kitchen staff and the catering manager.
At the request of the responsible at the municipality, we have designed a preparation kitchen at a seniors’ residence. Work on developing finished documents has been done in collaboration with architects and technical consultants from WSP Sweden.
Hilton Scandic has placed an order for the renovation of a new restaurant kitchen. A strong desire was for the layout to be work-friendly and with simple flows. The close collaboration with the restaurant manager and the architects ensured a successful result.
The assignment at LTH Study Center involves planning and producing final documentation for a kitchen designed for 450 servings per day, 250 of which are during lunchtime. The menu should consist of several different dishes with local ingredients and at humane prices.
The client for this kitchen project is the property management. Together with the architect and the restaurateurs, we have developed a very optimal floor plan with very simple flows for the new restaurant kitchen. The menu should be locally based with dishes from the region.
The restaurant kitchen is designed for about 500 portions for lunch, the restaurant will be decorated with a pleasant serving area with exciting dishes. We will make sketches and drawings together with the business Nyréns Arkitektkontor.
The goal for the kitchen and restaurant is to accommodate 150 seated guests and to be able to offer guests a rich menu. The bar and the exterior facade are both in a very exciting design with an arched form and a pleasant outdoor seating area.
