Svedab has commissioned the design of a commercial kitchen with a capacity of about 650 portions and two dining rooms. Serving for schoolchildren will take place from units in the kitchen opening. However, there will be a height-adjustable serving line for preschool children.
The project department at JM Region South has commissioned us to design a restaurant kitchen in Lomma. Our work is facilitated by the fact that at this early stage we have a restaurateur to discuss with. The restaurant kitchen is dimensioned for 50 seated guests.
We have received an order to develop a layout for Magleskolan. The commercial kitchen will be run by Fontänhuset. Our work includes to create several workstations so that several people can work simultaneously in the kitchen. Guests will have a good insight into the kitchen.
Construction document has been developed for Kungshult in Helsingborg. The Property Management is the client. Renovation will be done in parts of the central kitchen with a timbal kitchen. thanks to close collaboration with the business, a good floor plan was achieved.
Commisioned by the municipality of Bjuv, we have developed a work-friendly layout for the new preparation kitchen. The serving line in the dining room is height-adjustable, which makes the work easier for the kitchen staff. The special diet is served through an opening between the kitchen and dining room.
The property management have ordered design for two restaurant kitchens located at Friisgatan. Le Gourmet will get a new floor plan with a connected kitchen and restaurant. The second location will be a bistro kitchen with a grill and wine bar.
Earlier this year, we designed plans for the International English School in Staffanstorp. Now, the property management has ordered a project outline for another IES project. It is a preparation kitchen with two U-shaped serving units, dimensioned for about 850 servings.
In collaboration with the architects, we are designing a systematic plan for a restaurant kitchen at Space Science Village. It is an office hotel and the restaurant will mainly be open over lunch for 200 guests and have an affordable and exciting menu.
We have been commissioned by the property management to plan a reconstruction of the existing kitchen at Matmakarna. The future restaurant will house 50 guests and will include a shop selling meat and cheese. The work will be done in close collaboration with the restaurateur.
Now we have finished our first construction document for Campus Vipan. There will be additional kitchen projects in the future. Peab – ”society builders of the Nordics” – is our commissioner for this project, and the work will be carried out in collaboration with Lund municipality.
